Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
In the US, standard shipping arrives in 3 to 6 business days and express in 1 to 2. Canada and the UK take 5 to 9 days standard, or 2 to 4 express. Standard is free on orders over $75.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US, Canada and the UK, including PO boxes. We are expanding to Australia and New Zealand soon.
Can I change my order?
Email us within an hour of ordering and we can usually change sizes or the address before it ships.
Sizing
How do your sizes run?
Our apparel has room for layers. If your kid is between sizes, size up and roll the cuffs for a second season.
Which sleeping bag size should I choose?
Pick the bag closest to your child's height. A shorter bag keeps them warmer than one they will grow into.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn gear with tags can be returned within 30 days. Size exchanges are free.
What if something breaks?
Our gear is covered against defects for as long as you own it. See the warranty page for details.
Trade-in
How much credit will I get?
It depends on the item and its condition. Use the estimator on the trade-in page to see a number before you send anything.
Can I trade in gear from other brands?
Right now we only accept Nolan gear, so we can inspect and repair it properly.
