Trade-in questions
What can I trade in?
Almost anything we sell: sleeping bags, carriers, packs, rain gear, fleece and snow gear. We can't take socks, base layers or gear with broken zippers that can't be fixed.
Does it need to be clean?
A quick wash helps, but we clean and inspect everything ourselves. Just shake out the sand.
How long does credit take?
Most trade-ins are checked within a week of arriving. You will get an email with your final credit.
Can I combine credit with a sale?
Yes. Credit works like a gift card, so you can use it on anything, including sale gear.
